What you will do

• Design, develop, and integrate test products within multidiscipline engineering teams.
• Create engineering and production test systems, interface adapters, and cabling.
• Develop technical drawings and schematics, performing circuit analysis including power, RF, and error budget analysis.
• Manage all stages of test product development, overseeing technical requirements, costs, and schedules.
• Collaborate independently or with a team to resolve issues in the development and implementation of test products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Active Secret Clearance required prior to start.
• Experience with electrical engineering design, troubleshooting, and analysis.
• Proficiency with tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, or Creo Schematic.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters.
• Ability to use schematic capture tools and interpret complex schematics.

Nice to have

• Master of Science degree in STEM (ABET accreditation preferred).
• Experience in analog, digital, and/or RF design.
• Technical leadership or project management experience.
• Proficiency in technical writing and formal presentations.
• Knowledge of computer architecture and hardware optimization techniques.
