What you will do
- Manage daily content updates for the Michigan Lottery website and mobile app using a CMS.
- Create and schedule personalized banners and dynamic modules in collaboration with CRM and marketing automation teams.
- Coordinate content production with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution.
- Perform QA testing of content updates to ensure responsiveness and functionality across devices.
- Maintain internal documentation and ensure all content adheres to strict gaming regulatory guidelines.
- Optimize content for accessibility, SEO, and responsible gaming messaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing content within a CMS environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web content formatting.
- Experience with QA testing and troubleshooting content display issues.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, SEO, and user experience guidelines.
Nice to have
- Experience with Contentful CMS.
- Knowledge of lottery or regulatory requirements in the gaming sector.
- Understanding of responsible gaming principles.
