What you will do

• Manage daily content updates for the Michigan Lottery website and mobile app using a CMS.
• Create and schedule personalized banners and dynamic modules in collaboration with CRM and marketing automation teams.
• Coordinate content production with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution.
• Perform QA testing of content updates to ensure responsiveness and functionality across devices.
• Maintain internal documentation and ensure all content adheres to strict gaming regulatory guidelines.
• Optimize content for accessibility, SEO, and responsible gaming messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing content within a CMS environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web content formatting.
• Experience with QA testing and troubleshooting content display issues.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, SEO, and user experience guidelines.
