TL;DR

Transformation Office Analyst (Corporate Strategy): Supporting the strategic transformation agenda of the Transmission Segment through high-quality analysis and financial modeling with an accent on investment evaluations and business planning. Focus on synthesizing cross-functional data, preparing executive reports, and optimizing portfolio performance.

Location: Hybrid (Milan, Italy) — must be based in Milan with office attendance 8 days per month

What you will do

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic and operational transformation initiatives.
  • Develop business plans, financial models, and investment evaluations including CapEx and M&A screening.
  • Synthesize and validate data from cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Engineering).
  • Prepare structured reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Support transformation governance routines and strategic workshops.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses for performance improvement and portfolio optimization.

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in similar roles or project management within EPC companies.
  • Solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts such as P&L, cash flow, and ROI.
  • Fluent English proficiency is required; Italian is a plus.
