What you will do

• Act as the global reference point for commercial analytics, ensuring KPI consistency across Business Units, regions, and markets.
• Translate complex business questions into impactful analytics solutions and executive-ready reporting.
• Design and execute the global Customer Insights agenda and lead strategic market research projects.
• Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards for global, regional, and country leadership.
• Support corporate processes including top-line target setting, segmentation, and targeting analytics.
• Promote data literacy and analytical rigor across the organization through training and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in commercial analytics, customer insights, or BI within global healthcare organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in BI and analytics tools, specifically Power BI and Excel.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Must be based in Italy or any hirify.global affiliate in Europe.
• Ability to undertake regular business trips and travel to the HQ.
• University degree in a relevant field.
