What you will do

• Manage the full post-production workflow, including organizing, tagging, retouching, and quality control of photographic assets.
• Handle on-set media management, including real-time ingesting and backing up of files.
• Lead all photo retouching efforts, overseeing both in-house teams and external vendors to ensure consistency.
• Define, implement, and optimize post-production and media management processes for better scalability.
• Integrate and maintain MAM platforms, DAM systems, and collaboration software.
• Coordinate with various departments to fulfill asset requests through a project management system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in photo post-production, media management, or digital asset workflows.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Bridge, Lightroom).
• Proven experience leading retouching workflows and directing external vendors.
• Hands-on experience with on-set asset ingestion and real-time media management.
• Experience with Media Asset Management (MAM) or DAM platforms.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Ellenton, Florida.
