What you will do

• Deliver flight simulator and ground school training according to regulatory requirements and hirify.global curriculum.
• Conduct professional, comprehensive pre- and post-flight simulator briefings.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for client training and internal course development.
• Perform administrative duties, including maintaining instructional qualifications and completing training records.
• Provide instruction for licenses, type ratings, certificates, and internal qualifications across aircraft platforms.
• Work toward qualifying as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman.

Requirements

• Unrestricted ATP certificate or completion of ATP Written.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• 3,000+ total flight hours and FAR Part 135 experience preferred.
• Experience flying business aircraft.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and internet-based programs).
• Willingness to participate in the DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.

Nice to have

• Prior instructional or training experience.
• Falcon aircraft experience.
• Unrestricted PIC Type Rating.
• Customer-service mindset and strong verbal/written communication skills.
