What you will do

• Lead system changes, enhancements, and long-term improvements for mission-critical systems.
• Collaborate with government and contractor stakeholders to resolve complex technical incidents.
• Implement configuration changes to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Deploy security patches, hotfixes, and updates across test and production environments.
• Maintain critical system databases and develop operational/security SOPs and technical diagrams.
• Monitor systems and perform incident response to ensure stability of geospatial and cloud-based environments.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI post-hire.
• DoD 8570 Certification (Security+ or higher).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Citrix administration.
• Experience with AWS technologies (EC2, S3 Buckets, Reserved Instances) and virtualization.
• Proficiency with Git/GitLab, Jira, and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Prior experience supporting geospatial products or programs.
• Citrix or AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Developer, DevOps Engineer).
• SAFe Agile certification.
