What you will do

• Define your own scope of work by identifying gaps and pitching impactful initiatives
• Build growth engines, technical integrations, or research verticals
• Develop and manage ecosystem programs to expand the network's reach
• Collaborate with a global team to maintain the precision of a critical data layer
• Contribute to the trust layer of the DeFi stack alongside industry veterans

Requirements

• Genuine conviction and deep hands-on experience in Web3 and DeFi
• Proven track record of shipping products, making open-source contributions, or publishing research
• High-agency mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems independently
• Ability to operate and communicate effectively in a global, remote-first environment across multiple time zones
