Content Operations Specialist (DACH - Readly): Oversee the entire content workflow process from production to delivery for key DACH markets with an accent on quality control, publisher relationships, and process optimization. Focus on managing production flows across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Italy, collaborating with third-party providers, and integrating new file formats with product and technical teams.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin (Germany), remote two days per week

What you will do

• Manage production flow for DACH markets including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Italy.
• Build partnerships with publishers' production teams for mutual success.
• Collaborate with third-party providers to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Work with product and technical teams on new file format integrations.
• Develop internal tools and manage projects to drive team growth.
• Support Head of Content Operations in team strategy execution.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English
• Exceptional self-motivation to handle challenges independently or in a team
• Attention to detail and decisive action on quality issues
• Proven project management skills to complete initiatives successfully
• Knowledge and passion for latest technology
• Interest in reading magazines and discovering new knowledge

Nice to have
