Location: Amsterdam (must live in or near Amsterdam)

What you will do

• Manage internal communications tool and support its continuous development
• Manage internal communications calendar ensuring balance and inclusivity
• Write, edit articles and create fun activations and campaigns
• Use Canva, Figma and design tools for engaging multi-media content
• Handle incoming internal communications requests
• Support internal projects and events promoting brand and culture
• Research employee engagement and internal communication trends
• Gather feedback, track metrics and compile data for reporting
• Interview team members and external contacts

Requirements

• WO student (must be enrolled), with experience in internal communications or Master’s in relevant field
• Living in or near Amsterdam
• Fluent in English with strong writing skills
• Great people and communication skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, fast-paced environment handling
• Curious, open-minded, eager to learn, creative thinker
• Digitally savvy

Nice to have

• Experience with Canva and basic video editing
• Basic HTML knowledge
