CRM Implementation Lead (Revenue Operations): Implement CRM as a sales management tool and drive team adoption with an accent on auditing processes, designing pipelines, automations, and enforcing discipline. Location: Limassol, Cyprus (tickets, work visa for employee and family visitor visa, housing for first month, support with family relocation from any region)
What you will do
- Audit current sales processes and eliminate chaos
- Design and implement effective sales operating model within CRM
- Set up pipelines, stages, automations, and working rules
- Drive mandatory CRM adoption across sales team
- Ensure data quality, process compliance, and transparent reporting
- Integrate CRM with internal tools for autonomous operation
Requirements
- Proven hands-on CRM implementation experience with measurable results (HubSpot / AmoCRM / Zoho required)
- Strong ability to design/optimize sales processes via CRM
- Experience changing sales team behavior and enforcing discipline
- Understanding of healthy pipeline and manageable sales processes
- Ability to handle resistance and work with developers on integrations
- Focus on business outcomes
