What you will do

• Maintain brand consistency across all content by adhering to guidelines, tone, voice, and messaging architecture.
• Manage projects using systems to collaborate with teams, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality content.
• Translate complex financial concepts into engaging, accessible content for target audiences.
• Pitch, assign, write, edit, proofread content for digital, video, print formats, and draft copy for social media, newsletters, emails, web.
• Conduct research, cite sources, build relationships with advisors for relevant client content.
• Handle editorial, subject matter, regulatory reviews, analyze performance, and report on effectiveness.
• Perform market intelligence and competitive analysis to optimize editorial strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism or English.
• 5+ years experience with financial markets, investment industry, writing on wealth management topics for global audiences.
• 5+ years delivering marketing/advertising campaigns, creating/overseeing editorial/content strategy including calendars.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, ability to handle multiple complex projects and tight deadlines.
• Exceptional written/verbal communication, copywriting, editing, grammar, proofreading skills.
• Strategic thinking, leadership, execution; intellectually curious; familiarity with AI writing/research tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills, matrixed team management, attention to detail, compliance mindset.

• Nuances of multi-channel content (print, web, email, social, video, audio).
• CMS experience and Adobe dashboards.
