What you will do

• Lead and supervise electrical crews in the installation of commercial electrical and lighting control systems.
• Plan and coordinate daily job site activities to ensure project schedules and milestones are met.
• Install, program, and troubleshoot lighting control systems, including occupancy sensors, daylight harvesting, and relay panels.
• Interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and lighting control schematics for precise execution.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce strict OSHA compliance and NEC codes.
• Mentor apprentice and junior electricians while maintaining detailed daily progress reports.
