What you will do

• Deliver client-facing GenAI engagements independently or lead workstreams.
• Build and optimize LLM apps including AI Agents, RAG, prompt chaining, and evaluation pipelines.
• Design and deploy GenAI pipelines using DSPy, MLFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Databricks Mosaic AI.
• Process unstructured data for vectorization, retrieval, and fine-tune models like GPT, LLaMA, Claude.
• Collaborate on UI/API integrations and implement security, compliance, and governance best practices.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, support CI/CD, and contribute to reusable GenAI components.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3–5 years in ML/NLP; 1–2 years with LLMs/GenAI, preferably on Databricks
• Proficiency with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar
• Strong experience with Databricks (Unity Catalog, MLFlow, Delta Tables)
• Knowledge of GenAI challenges: hallucination mitigation, grounding, evaluation
• Experience with secure, scalable app deployment and stakeholder communication
