What you will do

• Own and evolve the enterprise AI platform to enable scalable and secure AI delivery.
• Define the platform architecture, roadmap, and standards in line with business priorities.
• Lead the delivery of pro-code AI use cases requiring high accuracy and reliability.
• Establish and operate robust AI governance, risk, and compliance controls.
• Manage vendor relationships, oversee budgets, and track return on investment.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across technology, data, risk, and business units to align AI outcomes.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in AI and data science, ideally supported by a PhD, Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong hands-on AI engineering capability with advanced Python skills.
• Proven experience designing or owning enterprise AI platforms, including architecture and technical roadmaps.
• Solid understanding of cloud, infrastructure, security, and integration patterns for large-scale AI.
• Experience delivering business-critical AI use cases where risk and governance are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage AI governance covering regulatory and financial controls.
