What you will do

• Plan and lead camera execution for social-first vertical content.
• Develop detailed camera and lighting plots aligned with creative goals.
• Execute high-quality run-and-gun shooting in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Manage the camera project budget and coordinate with external vendors.
• Maintain and organize camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Oversee DIT support and implement efficient media management workflows.

Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience in camera operation and production roles.
• Proficiency in budget tracking using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Hands-on experience with iPhone (Blackmagic/Final Cut apps), GoPro, Insta360, and Sony (A7S, FX6, FX3).
• Ability to build lighting setups using P600s, Amaran F22s, Titan Tubes, and Infinibars.
• Experience running audio systems such as Tentacle Sync Track E and DJI Mic.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Greenville, North Carolina.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in leadership or team guidance.
• Part 107 drone certification.
• Familiarity with YouTube-native production formats.
• Ability to blend high-production visuals with creator-style spontaneity.
