What you will do

• Build and scale backend systems for portfolio tracking, investing, and financial data aggregation
• Design APIs and distributed systems handling real-time financial data with high reliability
• Write production-ready Rust code focused on performance, security, and maintainability
• Collaborate with web and mobile teams to ship end-to-end features
• Work with PostgreSQL, message queues, and GCP infrastructure

Requirements

• English fluency, written and spoken
• Rust expertise: understand memory safety and concurrency model, shipped production code
• Strong PostgreSQL skills and experience with message queues for resilient systems
• Distributed systems and API design for scalable, fintech-grade reliability
• Strong problem-solving to diagnose complex issues
• Effective communication balancing technical and business needs
