What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable, resilient systems for a managed WordPress hosting platform.
• Reduce manual work and operational toil through automation.
• Optimize infrastructure performance and costs.
• Enhance security, reliability, and system observability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and define clear SLOs/SLIs.
• Participate in on-call rotations to minimize production disruptions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, and/or Bash.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with GCP or AWS, and Kubernetes at scale.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and distributed systems.
• Must be based in Ukraine to utilize the flexible workplace policy.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK.
• Experience designing effective alerting and supporting incident response.
• On-call experience supporting critical production services.
