What you will do

• Automate infrastructure and application deployments using Terraform.
• Monitor system performance and respond to incidents, focusing on SLO/SLI and error budgets.
• Develop scripts and CLIs in Go/Python to interact with REST APIs and databases.
• Manage and automate Jira Service Management workflows and integrations.
• Deploy and maintain small tasks on Google Cloud Run/Functions and BigQuery.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Terraform or readiness to learn quickly.
• Strong understanding of SRE fundamentals, including SLO/SLI, error budgets, and postmortems.
• Proficiency in Go/Python for scripting and API interactions.
• Experience with Jira Service Management API and automation.
• Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Communication (English B2+): running war-rooms, facilitating meetings with engineering leads and product managers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud Functions (GCF).
• Experience in fintech.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes components.
