Salary: $217,000–$234,000 base (NY/NJ/CA); $195,000–$211,000 base (other locations)

What you will do

• Collaborate with product, engineering, Legal & compliance teams to shape new credit product strategy.
• Define and implement risk policies and strategies for product launch.
• Leverage data-driven insights and experimentation to update policies and maximize customer LTV.
• Own the product's unit economics success, set ambitious goals, and identify pathways to achieve them.

Requirements

• 12+ years in risk departments at financial institutions and FinTech companies
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field; graduate degree preferred.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication of complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, urgency, data-driven decision-making in fast-paced environment.
