Forward Deployed Engineer (Fullstack)

TL;DR

Forward Deployed Engineer (Node/React): Lead end-to-end API onboarding and implementation for new customers with an accent on guiding technical teams, troubleshooting integrations, and managing enterprise relationships. Focus on analyzing usage data, advocating for customer feedback in roadmaps, and supporting growth initiatives.

Location: Remote (USA & Canada). Only accepting candidates authorized to work in the United States or Canada.

Salary: $125k - $150k depending on experience.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end API onboarding, implementation, testing, and go-live for new customers.
• Serve as primary post-sale contact for strategic enterprise accounts, managing cross-functional relationships.
• Act as internal advocate for customer needs, providing feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Analyze usage data to identify expansion opportunities and ensure customer value realization.
• Support contract renewals and growth initiatives with Sales, Engineering, and Leadership.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
• 3-5 years of software engineering experience, preferably with Node.js + Express, React + TailwindCSS + Next.js + React Aria, PostgreSQL, AWS, and design tools like Figma.
• Proven success managing large or strategic enterprise accounts with complex integrations.
• Strong technical acumen for troubleshooting APIs, data integrations, and authentication.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams on customer-driven solutions.
• Understanding of UX principles, workflow optimization, and data security.
