What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy features for search platforms and relevance algorithms.
• Build scalable search solutions, RAG pipelines, and LLM workflows using policy and transaction data.
• Optimize retrieval from SQL/NoSQL sources like Elasticsearch, Redis, MongoDB.
• Improve code architecture, test automation, and Search API framework.
• Troubleshoot production issues with monitoring tools like Scalyr and New Relic.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous team learning.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree + 4 years experience, or 8 years practical experience.
• 4+ years software development, ideally Java, Clojure.
• Experience with high-volume systems design for availability, performance, fault tolerance.
• Designing/integrating ML/AI systems with LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows.
• Microservices in AWS, RDBMS (SQL Server, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
• Event/stream processing with Kafka.
