What you will do

• Acquire insurance benefit coverage via phone or online portals and interpret details to determine client costs.
• Assess business viability by evaluating reimbursement, payer requirements, and conversion likelihood before trials.
• Determine trial funding options based on patient insurance and resolve coordination of benefits issues.
• Review benefits for accuracy, communicate options in CRM, and maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Track issues, complete administrative tasks like data entry, and escalate priorities proactively.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Knowledge of insurance and funding sources for DME.
• High School Diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred).
• 3+ years healthcare or insurance experience (3+ years customer service/administrative preferred).
• Strong data entry, organizational skills, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with TrueSight, Inovalon, or HubSpot preferred).
