What you will do

• Partner with clients to understand business needs and design detailed solutions including white papers, proposals, presentations, and system architecture diagrams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and lead production of cloud-native application development proposals.
• Manage client relationships as primary technical point of contact, define and lead data schema design.
• Contribute code as a development team member, provide thought leadership, develop best practices like coding standards and automated testing.
• Troubleshoot issues, work with team to deliver solutions to production, support pre-sales efforts.
• Mentor team members, participate in hiring, lead business process improvements and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years in technical client-facing role; 10+ years development experience in Python, Scala, R, Java or PHP.
• Experience with FastAPI, Cloud Development Kits, data schema design and modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience managing client relationships and Agile environments.
• Cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure; front-end frameworks like React.
• Ability to participate in software proficiency test; support pre-sales for enterprise clients.
