What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain core backend systems and APIs
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and compliance teams for performant, secure features
• Use AI tools to automate tasks, generate code, improve documentation, and accelerate testing
• Develop data models in MongoDB
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure for reliable deployments
• Review code focusing on maintainability, performance, and security

Requirements

• Experience building backend applications using Node.js (JavaScript or TypeScript)
• Worked with document databases like MongoDB
• Familiar with AWS services and infrastructure management
• Knowledge of Git and CI/CD tooling like Bitbucket Pipelines
• Write clean, scalable, testable code
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity
