What you will do

• Develop and maintain features for public sector projects in Agile framework
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback on best practices and standards
• Estimate effort, decompose tasks for backlog items and client requests
• Mentor less-experienced peers in feature conception, implementation, and testing
• Identify improvements for team processes and technology stack
• Analyze and optimize application performance across environments
• Participate in Agile processes, communicate with peers, product owners, and clients
• Report on team performance and project progress

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Drupal CMS and active in Drupal community
• Proficient in multiple languages and technology stacks including PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Experience leading software development teams using Agile methodologies
• Capable of full-stack design and implementation: Web UI, Mobile, HTTP Web Services, Database
• Practitioner of modern continuous integration approaches
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients as technical consultant
• Pass criminal background check due to client contracting requirements
