About the Role:
A fast-growing affiliate and media buying team with 2.5+ years of experience and over 40 employees is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager. The role focuses on expanding partnerships with advertisers across Tier 1–3 markets, driving revenue, and strengthening long-term collaborations. The company operates worldwide, with a primary focus on Tier 1–2 GEOs, providing opportunities to work with both stable, high-value markets and GEOs for testing and scaling new campaigns. The organization emphasizes structured workflows, clear communication, and full technical support for business development activities.

Responsibilities:
🟠Manage and maintain the internal advertiser database
Attract and onboard new advertisers
Negotiate and close deals on optimal terms
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams and related departments
Attend industry events and conferences in Ukraine and abroad

Requirements:
🟠1+ year of experience in the Gambling vertical in a similar Business Development role (must)
🟠Existing network of advertisers across Tier 1–3 GEOs
🟠Intermediate or higher English (spoken)
🟠Experience with CRM and tracking tools
🟠Willingness to attend international events and conferences
🟠Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
