What you will do

  • Lead SAP-focused application management services and ensure effective ITSM processes including incident, problem, change, and release management.
  • Monitor service levels, track performance, and report on SLAs.
  • Drive service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the service delivery team while planning resource allocation.
  • Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders with transparent communication.
  • Identify risks, implement improvements, and promote innovation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years in Service Management or relevant Project Management roles.
  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in people management and team leadership.
  • Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of IT service management principles, preferably ITIL-based.
  • Innovative, proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English; German preferred.
