What you will do

• Provide SAP SD application support for business users across multiple regions.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on SAP SD/MM and related modules.
• Participate in testing, documentation, and implementation of enhancements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of SAP processes and system performance.

Requirements

• Solid professional experience as an SAP SD Consultant.
• Strong SAP MM knowledge in addition to SD expertise.
• Confident English and German business communication skills (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP CS (Customer Service).
• Knowledge of JIT (Just-in-Time) processes.
• Experience in international support environments.
• Understanding of SD–MM–CS integration points.
