What you will do

• Act as a people manager for SAP MM/SD consultants, providing regular coaching, mentoring, and professional guidance.
• Deliver senior-level functional consulting across SAP MM and SD implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP MM/SD solutions.
• Guide junior consultants in day-to-day project activities and complex problem-solving.
• Collaborate closely with international project teams and business stakeholders.
• Oversee onboarding, performance feedback, and individual development planning for the MM/SD unit.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience as a Senior SAP MM/SD Consultant.
• Solid functional expertise in SAP MM and SD modules.
• Proven consulting mindset with openness to mentoring junior colleagues.
• Experience working within international project environments.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to work from the Curitiba office 2–3 days per week.
