What you will do

  • Provide senior-level support for SAP GTS applications.
  • Manage and resolve incidents and service requests in accordance with SLAs.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex SAP GTS issues, coordinating resolutions across multiple teams.
  • Support problem and change management activities.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to the improvement of ITSM support processes.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of SAP experience with solid hands-on knowledge of SAP GTS.
  • Strong background in application support, specifically incident and service request management.
  • Deep understanding of global trade, compliance, and customs processes within SAP GTS.
  • Experience working in structured, high-maturity IT service environments.
  • English: Fluent proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • German language proficiency.
