What you will do

• Transform raw footage and scripts into engaging Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
• Edit content using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, and Canva
• Apply platform-specific best practices for polished, high-performing videos
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance insights within 1–3 business-day turnarounds
• Develop shot lists, scripts, and video concepts while collaborating with the social media team

Requirements

• Strong video editing skills and storytelling ability
• Understanding of short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
• Strong attention to detail and openness to feedback
• Passion for social trends and platform updates
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
• Portfolio with video edited for organizations or brands (significant creator experience acceptable)
