What you will do
- Represent favorite brands on social media and other platforms
- Respond quickly and accurately to emails and messages
- Deliver meaningful, engaging customer experiences
- Resolve customer requests with care and professionalism
Requirements
- Strong written English skills
- Laptop/computer with reliable internet connection
- No prior customer service experience required
Nice to have
- Customer service or client support experience
- Fluency in additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese)
