What you will do

• Assist Marketing and Senior Marketing Project Managers on projects
• Build and nurture client and internal team relationships
• Manage project plans, scope, tasks, and deadlines to deliver high-quality work on time and budget
• Communicate effectively with clients via conversations, meetings, and written updates
• Create weekly status reports
• Drive projects and tasks to completion while upholding scheduling, task management, and documentation processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Less than 3 years experience managing marketing projects
• Ability to manage personal and project deadlines
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clients and internal teams
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic familiarity with marketing areas like social, PR, email, paid media, SEO, UX, content, or analytics
