What You'll Do

• Manage risk and liability of all esports games per hirify.global's risk and trading SOPs.
• Monitor league news and injuries for real-time market adjustments.
• Adjust hirify.global markets in coordination with market consensus.
• Analyze daily reports to ensure proper player profiling and key metrics.
• Collaborate with operations to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience trading in a DFS or Sports Betting platform.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to calculate odds.
• Problem-solving and strong critical thinking.
• Thrive in fast-paced environment with ambiguity and change.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
