What you will do

• Create markets manually and automatically according to local compliance regulations and SLAs.
• Monitor start/closing times and feed quality in real-time to ensure optimized efficiency.
• Settle markets and resolve conflicts in line with agreed processes and guidelines.
• Build live scheduling rotations and assignments to maintain 24/7 coverage.
• Create and maintain detailed process guidelines and documentation for the team.
• Act as shift leader on duty, serving as the main link between different Sportsbook departments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar operational role within sportsbetting and knowledge of the Sporting calendar.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) is essential.
• Flexibility and willingness to work a variable shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive).
