What you will do

• Manage risk and liability for all esports games following established trading SOPs.
• Monitor league news and injuries to implement real-time market adjustments.
• Adjust markets in close coordination with market consensus.
• Analyze daily reports to ensure accurate player profiling and monitor key metrics.
• Collaborate with operations teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience trading in a DFS or Sports Betting platform.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in calculating odds.
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and change.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Availability to work the daytime shift (8AM - 6PM local time), including holidays and weekends.
