• Monitor league news and injuries for real-time market adjustments
• Adjust markets to align with consensus while optimizing hirify.global's odds
• Analyze daily reports for player profiling and key metrics
• Collaborate with operations to improve customer experience

Requirements

• 3+ years trading experience in DFS or sports betting platforms
• Strong analytical skills and ability to calculate odds
• Proactive problem-solving with passion for industry trends
• Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication skills for internal/external collaboration
• Scheduling flexibility including holidays and weekends
