What you will do

• Design and implement automated tests across multiple levels as part of the software development process
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and execute quality checks before releases
• Develop and maintain test automation solutions and frameworks with development teams
• Analyze failed tests or builds, performing root-cause analysis to resolve defects
• Ensure new features are testable and automation-friendly
• Define quality metrics and dashboards for system stability transparency
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and Product Owners to embed quality early

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable
• Programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python)
• Experience with test automation and frameworks
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus)
• Experience in API testing (e.g., REST, gRPC)
• Understanding of modern architectures (e.g., microservices)
• Strong analytical skills for defect analysis
• Good command of both German and English, written and spoken
