What you will do

• Define, own, and evolve QA and release management processes.
• Develop and maintain lightweight, scalable manual and automated testing practices.
• Coordinate and lead testing efforts across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure quality gates are respected without blocking development velocity.
• Own release planning and ensure smooth, predictable rollouts.
• Monitor production issues and improve observability and response processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years in QA, Release Management or similar roles.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B environments.
• Comfortable designing and running manual and automated testing workflows.
• Solid grasp of release orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and staged deployments.
• Proactive mindset to spot risks early and suggest process improvements.
• Clear communication and passion for sustainability and climate tech.
• Excited to join diverse international team in Berlin or Munich.
