What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and insights from massive multi-chain datasets
• Design and maintain research dashboards and visual reports for strategic decision-making
• Analyze trends in stablecoins, tokenized assets, onchain finance, protocol mechanics, and market events
• Write data-driven content including blogs, social posts, and research reports to build brand authority
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering to distribute insights and provide feedback

Requirements

• Crypto-native with deep understanding of concepts and emerging trends
• Strong SQL proficiency for complex queries (joins, CTEs, window functions) and performance optimization
• Natural data storyteller who turns complex data into clear, compelling narratives
• Proactive owner with high agency, urgency, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in ambiguity
• High integrity and discretion for handling confidential information
