Salary: $110,000 - $210,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions and tailored solution demonstrations for C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Design robust, scalable technical architectures for EPBCS implementations, creating detailed blueprints for the delivery team.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from initial design through go-live and support, managing scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Configure planning modules, dimensions, business rules, and ensure optimal security and solution design.
- Manage integrations with ERPs such as Oracle Fusion and NetSuite and develop reporting strategies using Smart View and Management Reporting.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to functional and technical consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technology and functional experience, with 4+ years as a Solution Architect on Oracle Hyperion Planning or Oracle EPBCS.
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of EPBCS business process frameworks (Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects) and custom cubes.
- Proven track record of leading full-cycle implementations and managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience with Oracle data integration tools, specifically Data Management or Data Integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
