What you will do

• Lead pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions and tailored solution demonstrations for C-level executives and stakeholders.
• Design robust, scalable technical architectures for EPBCS implementations, creating detailed blueprints for the delivery team.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from initial design through go-live and support, managing scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Configure planning modules, dimensions, business rules, and ensure optimal security and solution design.
• Manage integrations with ERPs such as Oracle Fusion and NetSuite and develop reporting strategies using Smart View and Management Reporting.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to functional and technical consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technology and functional experience, with 4+ years as a Solution Architect on Oracle Hyperion Planning or Oracle EPBCS.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of EPBCS business process frameworks (Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects) and custom cubes.
• Proven track record of leading full-cycle implementations and managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle data integration tools, specifically Data Management or Data Integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
