What you will do

• Lead design and development of scalable systems for data discovery and classification
• Own and deliver complex features and services from design to production
• Architect backend services, REST APIs, and modern frontend applications (React/Redux)
• Drive improvements in scalability, performance, reliability, security, and engineering practices
• Influence architectural decisions and mentor engineers through reviews and guidance
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to address technical debt

Requirements

• 5+ years developing software or distributed systems
• Strong software architecture, system design, and scalable systems knowledge
• Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js, Python; experience with React/Redux, Golang
• Strong MongoDB expertise (schema design, tuning, scaling)
• RESTful APIs, Docker/containerization, cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, observability; authentication (OAuth2, JWT, SAML, LDAP/AD)
• Problem-solving, collaboration, and mentoring skills

Nice to have

• Microservices, Kubernetes, cloud-native deployments
• Large-scale data processing/scanning/indexing
• Azure Pipelines, LDAP admin, gRPC
• Data security/DLP/classification experience
• AI-assisted development or automation interest
