Location: United States (all 50 states and Puerto Rico, operating hours 8AM-8PM EST)

What you will do

• Conduct health assessments and provide treatment solutions via phone, video, or chat
• Handle inbound/outbound calls for lab results delivery, patient education, and follow-ups
• Monitor and manage high-risk patients and test request queues for timely reviews
• De-escalate patient issues and refer to in-person care when needed
• Lead audits to maintain quality care and service-level agreements
• Stay current with health trends and recommendations

Requirements

• RN Degree required
• 3+ years clinical experience required
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timeframes
• Excellent telephonic and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office; adaptable to tools like Trello, Slack, Google Docs
• Able to work with minimal supervision
