What you will do

• Build customer applications on hirify.global quantum computers and internal tools
• Ensure successful project delivery to achieve business value
• Communicate capabilities, gather requirements, lead brainstorming, model use cases mathematically, and design quantum hybrid applications
• Build relationships across hirify.global groups and share insights to prioritize product features
• Organize and present technical information effectively
• Participate in creating an inclusive team environment

Requirements

• Based in Italy (role may transition from 100% remote to hybrid in Milan)
• Masters, PhD, or equivalent in Operations Research, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years with Python; NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Networkx a bonus
• Experience working directly with customers in consulting roles on complex problems
• Experience with optimization tools (e.g., CPLEX, Gurobi)
• Strong knowledge of mathematical modeling and optimization techniques; Git; building production applications
• Proven project delivery record with technical leadership
