What you will do
- Serve as primary contact for partners during adoption phase, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Develop and execute tailored adoption plans aligned with partner goals and best practices.
- Conduct demonstrations, workshops, and trainings on product features and configurations.
- Apply change management to overcome resistance and embed new workflows.
- Monitor metrics like usage, logins, and engagement to intervene with at-risk partners.
- Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Support, and Partner Success teams for seamless handoffs.
- Manage 30-50+ concurrent engagements, document feedback, and inform product roadmap.
Requirements
- US-remote location.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workloads (30+ accounts) with strong prioritization.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
- Technical aptitude to learn complex software and explain to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication for training and consultative conversations.
- Analytical skills to interpret usage data and make recommendations.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, Microsoft Teams.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years in customer onboarding, success, or implementation in B2B SaaS.
- Experience in MSP, IT services, PSA, RMM, or cybersecurity software.
