What you will do

• Manage end-to-end marketing projects across TikTok Shop, Amazon, DTC, and brand channels
• Build and maintain project plans, calendars, and dashboards in ClickUp
• Own the global marketing calendar for launches, promos, campaigns, and content pushes
• Coordinate campaign launches, asset/content pipelines, and ensure QA/compliance before launch
• Act as liaison across departments to remove bottlenecks and track budgets/resources
• Run post-mortems after major campaigns, reporting results vs. targets and lessons learned

Requirements

• 3+ years in marketing operations, project management, or program management in DTC, eCommerce, or dropshipping
• Proven track record managing 10+ concurrent projects and 20+ stakeholders
• Mastery of ClickUp (or similar) and experience building dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools
• Detail-obsessed, proactive, relentless in follow-ups, high integrity
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
