What you will do
- Drive new customer acquisition and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain sales pipeline via proactive outreach and networking.
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Build relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders in business and IT.
- Deliver tailored demos and presentations addressing customer needs.
- Maintain forecasting and reporting in CRM systems.
- Nurture expansion opportunities in existing accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in enterprise SaaS sales with strong quota track record
- Proven success in complex sales cycles and executive buyer engagement
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies
- Very good/communicative English and fluency in Bahasa (Indonesian)
- Experience with CRM or BPM platforms (plus)
