What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and search strategies.
• Source and attract candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, and social media.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications through ATS reviews and phone screenings.
• Prepare and coach candidates for interviews and manage the offer negotiation process.
• Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics and search status to leadership.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards and regulations, including OFCCP.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or within commuting distance of Bourogne or Belfort, France
• 1+ year of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and recruitment technologies (ATS).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Italian, Swedish, or Dutch.
