What you will do
- Lead design and development of architectural solutions and prototypes with system architect and team.
- Build, test, and debug high-quality back-end and front-end code.
- Support product operation by addressing customer cases and ensuring system reliability.
- Monitor and optimize development processes to boost team productivity and quality.
- Drive adoption of innovative tools, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and leadership to align technical vision with business goals.
- Conduct technical interviews, mentor developers, and facilitate onboarding and growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of software development with full-stack .NET and Angular expertise.
- At least 1 year as technical lead or team lead.
- Strong OOP, KISS, SOLID, DRY principles.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC/Core/Web API.
- Experience with microservices, containerization, Kubernetes, Helm.
- Deep Angular 15+ knowledge, RXJS, monorepo, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS/SASS.
- Git/SVN workflows, unit testing with NUnit, Postman.
- English: Upper-Intermediate or above (spoken and written)
